Simmod Lens' latest cap design for PL lenses features a whopping 63mm of rear surface area, allowing lenses to sit upright without fear of tipping over. It is one of the industry's largest and most centric cap designs to date. With its wide base, the weight of the lens rests centred on gravity, making it safer to sit a lens upright. This is also helpful during the repair and maintenance of a lens.
In addition to its wide design, in true Simmod style, the cap can be fully customized with your logo or custom artwork. A rubber gasket inside the cap enhances fitment on any PL lens while helping to keep dust and debris from entering. Furthermore, to mitigate the tolerances between mount manufacturers, fitment can be adjusted by removing the rubber gasket and installing the included shims.
